Shipping

We partner with the Austrian Post for all orders made through the shop at the following rates:

Domestic (Austria): 7,00€
International (European Union): 15,00€

To maintain the quality of our plants and ensure you will receive your order as fast as possible, packages will be dispatched on Mondays and/or Tuesdays only. This will help to avoid transit over weekends. Orders will be processed within 1-2 days but will take longer, depending on which day of the week they were placed.

Once the shipping label is created, you can track your order and the expected delivery date following the information provided by the Austrian Post via email.

To keep shipping costs low and to avoid damages to occur, we only send plants unpotted wrapped in some high-quality Sphagnum moss. Please make sure to have soil components and pots ready upon delivery, so you are immediately able to take care of your purchase.
